The primary purpose of the Tennessee Women's Political Caucus (TWPC) shall be to promote full and equal participation of women in government and the political process. It will encourage women to seek public office, whether elected or appointed. A further purpose of the TWPC shall be to support measures that will open up economic and political opportunities for women. In pursuit of these goals, the Tennessee Women's Political Caucus is dedicated to equality for women, the eradication of sexism, racism, anti-Semitism, ageism, violence, poverty, discrimination of any kind, and to ensuring reproductive freedom and freedom of sexual orientation. |
